Tefal Powelix Blender Warranty Replacement Denied

I purchased a Tefal Powelix Activflow Expert 1500 W Silver Blender on 17 September 2024 from amazon.com.tr. The product has a 2‑year warranty, but it malfunctioned, and on 26 January 2026 I took it to the authorized service. The service center stated that the product could not be repaired and issued a replacement form. After that, I contacted Tefal customer service. They told me that the product was not in stock, even though it is still actively sold on their own website. I bought the blender for ₺4,500, and the current sales price is ₺8,200. I clearly sense that they are saying “no stock” only because of this price difference. As a so‑called solution, they gave me a 35% discount coupon, which would bring the price down to about ₺5,500 but I cannot use this coupon because the product is already under a promotion on the site and the coupon is considered invalid. In other words, I have a product under warranty that has been declared non‑repairable, I have had a replacement form for about three months, but I am left without a properly functioning blender. Amazon customer service directs me to Tefal, and Tefal customer service repeatedly tells me there is nothing they can do, with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, and the only coupon they issued is not actually usable. I request that the same Tefal Powelix Activflow Expert 1500 W Silver Blender be sent to me as a replacement without any additional payment, or that a valid discount coupon be provided that can be used together with the current promotion so that I do not incur any extra cost. I expect my warranty rights to be respected and this unfair situation, which has been going on for months, to be resolved as soon as possible.
