On 28/08/2023, after a minor accident, I brought my Jeep Compass to Efsane Jeep Gebze Service for repair. Approximately two months later, I was informed that the repairs were complete, and the vehicle was returned to me. However, four months after receiving the car, I noticed that the newly installed left front headlight, which was replaced during the repair, began accumulating dust and water.
I immediately reported the issue to the service center. When I visited, they took photos of the defective headlight but did not log an official service or repair record. They promised to investigate and get back to me. Unfortunately, it has been 4.5 months (140 days) since my visit on 01/07/2024, and there has been no update or resolution.
Attempts to reach the service center by phone have been futile, and Jeep customer service has also failed to resolve the issue. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable for a premium brand. I expect prompt action to address this unresolved issue.
