When the left earphone on my JBL Tune 225 TWS headphones broke, I had only been using them for a month. It took a lot of tries to get it to the warranty, but in the end, they agreed that it was their fault and said they would replace it. But instead of the top model, the JBL Tune 225 TWS, they sent the JBL 300 TWS, which is in a different price range. This was done by getting the middleman to agree that it was no longer in the top model. Aztek JBL's authorized service has made me feel like I've been tricked. Why would they send a headset that costs 500 TL less and say it's the most expensive one? This can't be right, especially since the headset I'm holding right now is still broken. All of these things are not my problem; they are all theirs. I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Rights and tell anyone who wants to buy JBL headphones from Aztek to think twice before doing so. They are not a company you can trust, and they put their own needs ahead of the needs of their customers.
