JBL Earbuds 230 NC Changing Duration

I purchased a pair of JBL earbuds 230 NC from Teknosa shop in Turkey, and after just 7 months, the left earbud developed a fault. I took it to the Teknosa Technical Service on August 31, 2023. They initially said they would refund my money, but the problem is that when I bought the earbuds 7 months ago, they cost $52, and now they are priced at $104 in Turkey due to inflation. Naturally, I declined the refund offer and requested a replacement instead. Unfortunately, they didn't have a new unit in stock, and they suggested giving me a different model, the JBL Tune Flex. According to Turkish regulations, technical service repairs should be completed within 20 workdays. However, today marks the 20th workday, and I still haven't received the replacement earbuds. I visited the Teknosa technical service again to inquire, and they informed me that they were waiting to receive the replacement from JBL technical service. I then called JBL technical service, known as 'Aztek Technical Service' in Istanbul, Turkey. To my surprise, they rather mockingly mentioned that my earbuds were at their store but couldn't provide a clear timeline for sending them. I emphasized that today was the 20th workday according to the service timeline, but they ignored my concerns and continued to mock me. I feel like a victim of JBL Technology in this situation. JBL is a reputable technology brand, and this behavior doesn't align with their reputation. I simply want to receive my replacement earbuds as soon as possible. With respect.
