This is the second JBL 570 BT headset I've purchased. The previous one suddenly broke at the hinge. I bought a new one, and honestly, that was my mistake. This headset also has a chronic issue—when no music is playing, there’s a constant clicking sound (“tick tick tick”) from the right earcup, and there’s no way to stop it. They called and told me to send it to service with the invoice. I bought the product from Teknosa, but I don’t have the invoice. I don’t understand why that’s necessary—this is clearly a manufacturing defect, not a warranty issue. This is your problem; you’re selling faulty headsets and then expect customers to deal with warranty procedures. I’m a 12th-grade student, and my headset is extremely important because I use it for all my classes. How am I supposed to go find an invoice at Teknosa or wait for the product to be shipped and returned from service? These are all just huge wastes of time. And my only mistake was buying a JBL headset. STOP SELLING DEFECTIVE HEADSETS. We’re paying money just to suffer. I doubt this kind of thing happens in any other country.
