JBL Tune 230NC TWS Earbuds Stuck in Mono Mode, Unable to Restore Stereo, Need Help

I bought the JBL Tune 230NC TWS earbuds, and out of nowhere, they unexpectedly switched to mono mode. Regardless of my attempts, I am unable to restore them to stereo mode. For example, the right earbud is connected to one phone, while the left earbud is connected to another, which can be quite annoying. I attempted to reset them, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. I'm quite let down, as I had higher expectations for JBL's quality. I would really appreciate some help with this issue, as it has been really frustrating.
