James Donkey Q27 Monitor Had Dead Pixels Three Times in a Row
I initially purchased a James Donkey Q27 monitor through İdefix, but the monitor arrived with a dead pixel, so I returned it. I then ordered the exact same model through Trendyol, but that monitor also had a dead pixel, forcing me to return it as well. Finally, I purchased the same monitor directly from İncehesap’s website, and unfortunately, this unit also had a dead pixel problem.
I sent the latest monitor to the authorized warranty service. I was told that the issue was caused by “dust getting inside,” and the monitor was cleaned and sent back to me. However, there are now three highly noticeable dead or stuck pixels near the upper part of the screen. Having received the same model with a defect on three separate purchases and having dealt with this situation for approximately three months has become extremely exhausting and frustrating.
The monitor’s specifications are very well suited to my needs, so I am having difficulty finding another product in the same segment that meets my requirements. I also do not want to keep dealing with repeated returns and exchanges. At this point, I simply want to have a properly functioning James Donkey Q27 monitor that is free of dead pixels and other display defects.
I request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved and that I be provided with a genuinely defect-free James Donkey Q27 monitor. I also ask the company to take into consideration the fact that users may encounter this type of recurring problem when purchasing this model and to review the quality-control process and product listings accordingly.
