I Face Dead Pixel Problem on My MSI G2712F Monitor and Can’t Reach Support
For the past 4–5 months, I’ve been experiencing a persistent dead pixel issue on my MSI G2712F monitor. I purchased the product from İncehesap, and it is still under warranty. Despite calling customer service numerous times to resolve the issue, I keep receiving automated responses such as “We are on a lunch break” or “You have called outside of business hours.” In some cases, they even hang up on me after answering or redirect me to other numbers. Because of this, I’ve been unable to reach the technical service team or find any solution to my problem.
My order number is 3185601, and I am using the monitor in Adana. I purchased the product with a three-installment plan. The ongoing dead pixel issue has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I am requesting a replacement for the product and expect urgent support to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
