At the end of September, my wife and I went to the Lufian store in Kayseri Forum to exchange a product that had been approved for replacement. I chose a pair of pants for myself, leaving a difference of around ₺300. I decided to use it for a jacket for my wife, but the staff said they had no jackets in stock. Instead, we picked another pair of pants and requested a jacket to be ordered. We also inquired about the exchange and return policies. Fifteen days later, we returned to the store, only to be told that the jackets hadn’t arrived yet. We reminded them about the exchange period, which was 29 days, and suggested they process a return as the deadline was approaching. The staff assured us they would help, so we left trusting their word. Eventually, we found a jacket we liked and requested the right size. It arrived two weeks later but had stains, which we showed to the staff. They apologized and promised to order a new one, which finally arrived last week.
On November 23, 2024, we went to the store to complete the exchange. However, the cashier, a staff member, told us to return on a weekday. I explained, as I had before, that we cannot come on weekdays due to work. At this point, he reacted aggressively, saying, "I’m not your brother; speak to me properly." His tone escalated, and he made unnecessary remarks, even threatening me in front of my family and wife, saying, "Come outside and talk." I am disappointed that Lufian employs such an unprofessional individual. I have reported this incident to the mall management and will be initiating legal action against both the employee and Lufian’s management. This is not the first time this staff has caused issues for us.
