Calvin Klein Bag Peeling and Replacement Issue
I bought a Calvin Klein bag from the Kanyon store on May 19, 2023. After using the bag for 6 months, it started to peel at all four corners. I brought the bag to the branch to get it checked. After the test, they told me that the peeling wasn't my fault. So, they gave you the option to either get a new product, get your money back, or receive a gift card instead. The problem is that they don't have the item available, so they can't give you a replacement. Instead, they give you the option of getting a refund or a gift card. When I talked to the store, I asked for a replacement bag that is similar to the one I bought last season. I paid 2099 TL for it, and it was a new item back then. Unfortunately, they don't have any similar bags available for the same price right now. Can you find me a bag that's the same model and shape as the one I have now? I also want to ask, if my bag was priced at 3000 TL or 4000 TL during the current season, wouldn't it be replaced? I can't find a bag that matches the one I bought six months ago with the refund or voucher I received. The current season's price doesn't have any options. It's really disappointing that a branch of such a big brand can't help with this issue. I'm feeling like a victim in this situation and I want to be compensated for what I've been through.
