Jabra Elite 75t Warranty Fiasco

I purchased Jabra Elite 75t headphones from a BIM store, and when I encountered issues, I sent them for warranty service. The company acknowledged the product's fault, but unfortunately, they don't have an identical or equivalent item in stock for an exchange. Instead, they're asking me to apply for a refund from the seller within 30 days. I contacted their customer service by phone to request an exchange, but they explained that there is no equivalent product available. As a consumer, I believe that I have the right, as per Article 11 of Law No. 6502, "to demand the replacement of the defective product with a non-defective one," as stated in the warranty terms. Therefore, I kindly request the resolution of my grievance in accordance with my legal rights. As it's widely known, the money I paid 18 months ago is now inadequate even to purchase a different pair of headphones, let alone the same Jabra model. It's unacceptable for a reputable brand like Jabra to leave me in such a predicament. There must be a similar product available; I request that the Jabra representatives address my concerns and enable me to exercise my exchange rights as soon as possible.
