Jabra Elite 4 Earbuds Failed After 16 Months
I purchased Jabra Elite 4 earbuds from Media Markt, but they stopped working after 15-16 months. I sent them in for a warranty inspection, and the store informed me that they would issue a refund based on the original purchase price. However, the current price for the same product is nearly double what I initially paid.
If the product cannot be repaired, I believe a replacement should be provided rather than a refund at the outdated price. This is unfair, as I would have to pay significantly more to repurchase the same item. I request Media Markt and Jabra to either repair my earbuds or provide a replacement to resolve this issue promptly.
