Jabra Connect 5t Earbuds Not Replaced Under Warranty
On October 23, 2025, I submitted a warranty claim for my Jabra Connect 5t earbuds to Despec with the notification number 300508502. One of the earbuds had a charging issue, and this problem was clearly acknowledged in the letter they sent me. However, the replacement process was not completed because they claimed they had “no equivalent product in stock,” and my earbuds were sent back to me without offering any solution.
During the process, I spoke with customer service by phone and was provided a free shipping code. I shipped the earbuds along with the letter explaining the issue. Despite this, I did not receive any warranty support, and my problem was not resolved.
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I am requesting that my product be replaced with a defect-free equivalent.
