We took our 2024 model IVECO S-WAY 530 vehicle to the Mersin Kılıçlar Iveco authorized service due to a Webasto malfunction that did not work throughout the winter. Before the holiday, the service said the part would arrive in 2-3 days. We stated that we could not leave a working contracted vehicle idle, so we would bring it after the holiday. They requested the part under warranty, and the part reached them. When we took the vehicle to the service after the holiday, they said they had installed the part on another vehicle, they did not have it at the moment, and they could not even say when the new part would arrive. As a justification, they claimed that the factory did not have the part. On top of that, they displayed an extremely complacent attitude by saying, "We installed the part on another vehicle because you did not bring the vehicle on time."
