Our Iveco Sway 500 Full Plus vehicle, with only 43,000 km on it, developed an oil and water leakage issue. This problem started about two weeks ago when we entered Turkey from Georgia. We immediately took the vehicle to the IVECO Samandıra service center, where they first said a revision had been done and that we could pick up the vehicle, but we did not accept this solution. Then they suggested replacing the engine block, which we also found unsuitable. Finally, they offered to exchange it for a 2025 model by paying a certain difference, which we refused as well. As a company, we demanded a full return of the vehicle. Currently, our vehicle is waiting at the service center, and we have not been provided with a replacement vehicle — nor do we want one. Despite being under warranty, we have faced several issues, including deformation of the differential bolts and damage to the hubs. Throughout this entire process, neither customer service nor the service center has given us a clear solution or timeline. Additionally, since we purchased the vehicle with a loan, our payments are now delayed, we are unable to deliver our work, and we are experiencing financial loss and embarrassment in front of our clients. Our firm and unconditional request is for the company to take back the vehicle and refund our payment in full.
