iPhone 16e Portrait Mode Person Not Detected Issue - Blurry Photos Fail

I purchased an Apple iPhone 16e three days ago, and from the very first day, I have been getting a “person not detected” error in portrait mode. I also cannot take blurred-background photos of cars, flowers, or nature. This issue is not only happening to me—many other users are experiencing the same problem. Because the device has a single camera, I was told this limitation is normal, and Apple customer service did not provide a satisfying solution. I unboxed the device, updated it immediately, and I am using the latest version. I also work in a tech store, and I’ve heard this complaint many times. I believe the device has a technical and software-related deficiency. The store where I purchased it refused to accept a return, but I consider this product defective and faulty. I request Apple to replace it with a two-camera iPhone 16 or a similar model. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and demand a refund. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and to receive a response as soon as possible.
