iPhone 16 Arrived Scratched and Unsealed - Return Request





On June 17, 2025, I purchased a white iPhone 16 128GB from under order number 133897113973. I personally picked up the product from the Yurtiçi Kargo branch on June 19, 2025, at 15:55. When I opened the box, I noticed a physical scratch on the device. Additionally, there was a sticker resembling a retail tag on the box, which does not comply with Apple’s standards, and the device was missing the original Apple seal. The product has definitely not been used—no SIM card was inserted, it remains in factory settings, and the box contents are complete. For these reasons, I request that the product be considered as “defective” and replaced with an identical one at no additional cost. I have attached my invoice along with photos showing the scratch and the sticker. If needed, I can also provide the unboxing video. I kindly request the necessary action to be taken.
