Brand New iPhone 15 Activation Error

On November 11, 2025, I purchased an iPhone 15 for 47,000₺. When I brought the device home, it displayed an activation error, and even the store was unable to complete the setup. I had to send the brand-new phone, which I hadn’t even inserted a SIM card into, to service without ever being able to use it. The store staff offered no alternative solution and insisted that the device must be sent for repair, leaving me no choice but to accept. My invoice number is 122025000008531. Since I sold my old phone, I am now without a proper phone and using a borrowed one from a friend. I was told that the repair process would take 21 business days, meaning I will be without a phone for around 30 days. Had I known this would happen, I would never have sold my old phone to buy an iPhone. I request either a refund or an immediate replacement with a new, fully functional device. Experiencing such a major inconvenience with a brand like Apple is truly disappointing, and I demand that my issue be resolved urgently.
