iPhone 14 Blocked My Accounts and iCloud, Leaving My Phone Unusable

I own an iPhone 14 and recently moved to Germany. Initially, everything worked fine, but my account was suddenly blocked without explanation. I created a new account, which was also automatically blocked. After opening a third account and adding funds, it too was blocked. I purchased iCloud+ subscriptions for all three accounts, totaling ₺1500, yet Apple claims the issue cannot be resolved. They have now restricted me from opening any new accounts.
Because of this, I can no longer update apps or use iCloud on my phone, rendering my iPhone 14 practically useless. This has caused me a loss of around €1000-€1100. I have always admired Apple products and customer service, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I demand a prompt resolution, including access restoration and compensation for my losses.
