I am unable to use the app at all. I contacted Apple Support Turkey and received a response stating that the issue is still being investigated by your teams. I rely on this application for my work, and as long as this problem continues, my workflow is disrupted. Even if the issue is eventually resolved, I have already experienced two months of inconvenience, and the prolonged process has damaged my trust in Apple. Since this is not caused by user error, I request that my phone be replaced with a new one.
