iPhone 13 Speaker Calls Cut Out Despite Multiple Repairs Under Warranty
About one month after purchasing my iPhone 13, I began experiencing an issue during speakerphone calls— the other party hears my voice cutting in and out. This has been happening since I first bought the phone and occurs during every single call.
So far, I have sent the device to service twice under warranty. After the first repair, the problem quickly returned. Two days ago, I had to send it in again for the second time, and right now my phone is still at the service center. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience.
Although my device is still under warranty, the fact that the problem is never truly fixed has made me lose trust in the product. While I had the phone in my possession, I could not use the speakerphone at all and was forced to buy and use headphones just to make calls.
At this point, I no longer want another repair attempt—I am requesting a full device replacement. My web tracking receipt number is S0000027192. I expect Apple to resolve this issue permanently and compensate me for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
