Apple Claims Physical Damage on My iPhone 13 Microphone, Refuses Repair

I sent my iPhone 13 to Apple for service, and they forwarded it to their repair center. Despite the device having no visible damage, they claimed that the microphone had physical damage. For the internal components to be damaged, the exterior should show signs of impact, such as cracks or dents, but my phone is in pristine condition.
What’s even more frustrating is that upon researching, I found that many iPhone 13 users have reported similar microphone issues. Blaming customers for this problem is unacceptable. I expect Apple to either repair or replace my device under warranty. Apple should take responsibility and ensure customers are not left dissatisfied or inconvenienced by manufacturing defects.
