InvestingPro Kept Charging My Card After I Canceled My Subscription

Even though I canceled my monthly InvestingPro Plus subscription through Investing months ago, charges have continued to be withdrawn from my card regularly without my permission or approval since 09/29/2024. After reviewing my account activity, I discovered that approximately $250 has already been taken from my card without my knowledge or consent, and I am also concerned that there may be additional charges I have not yet noticed.
When I tried to log back into my account to check the situation and confirm whether the subscription had truly been canceled, I found that I could no longer access my account at all. Whenever I use the “Forgot Password” option, the system says that a password reset link has been sent to my email address, s****@gmail.com, but I never receive any reset email, making it impossible for me to regain access to my account.
During this process, I contacted Investing TR in detail through the Premium Support section found in the “Thank you for your payment” emails that I received after the charges were processed. Despite this, I have not received any response whatsoever. The unauthorized charges have not been stopped, and no refund has been issued. I also contacted my bank regarding the issue, but I was informed that the bank could not directly cancel the subscription and that I would need to cancel it through the website itself. However, since I cannot access my account, I am unable to do that either.
I demand a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my card for a service I no longer use and did not approve, as well as an immediate clarification and resolution regarding both my account access problem and the actual cancellation status of my subscription. Otherwise, I want to clearly state that I will pursue legal action and take this matter to court regarding these unauthorized charges.
