Investing Pro Provided No Customer Support After My Refund Request

On 03/27/2026, an annual membership was accidentally purchased through my Investing Pro account using my iPhone device. However, during this transaction, the payment was processed through Apple without my clear approval or consent, and I did not see any warning, confirmation screen, notification email, or approval request beforehand. I only realized that the charge had been made when I later checked my bank account activity and saw the transaction listed under the description “Investing Pro.”

As soon as I noticed the situation, I canceled the subscription through the system on the same day. Despite this, I was unable to reach the company through email, live chat, or any other support channel, and I could not find any responsible representative to assist me. Even though I have both the Investing Pro subscription records and the bank transaction receipt proving the charge, a significant amount of time has passed and I still have not received any response or refund for the more than $62 taken from my card.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this annual subscription, which was charged without my clear consent or approval, and request a full refund of the approximately $62 withdrawn from my credit card. I also request that an authorized representative contact me directly and that the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
