Instagram Ad Order Balance Accumulates Everyday Even Though I Paid

I advertised from my Instagram professional account and the fee was debited from my credit card... but then; I realized that there is a balance accumulating as a debt every day ettim‼️ When I want to advertise, this balance, which accumulates every day and eventually hundreds of TL, is first withdrawn, and then the fee for the advertisement çekiliyor‼️ So without paying this balance that accumulates exponentially every day, the advertisement veremiyorum‼️ What is this and how can I fix this?‼️ I wish Instagram would help with this 🙏
