I Was Overcharged for Instagram Ad Budget - Need Refund

On September 20, I set a budget of ₺520 to run an advertisement through my business account “Hair makeup Sevilay” on Instagram. However, my credit card was charged in small amounts approximately every 30 minutes, adding up to more than ₺4000 in total. The charges appeared on my card statement under the name “Facebook.” While making the ad payment, I did not receive any error or warning, and I only realized later that excess charges had been made without my knowledge. As soon as I noticed the issue, I canceled both my card and the ad panel. However, I have not been able to contact Instagram or Meta support regarding the refund of the overcharged amount, nor could I find anyone to address my complaint. I am requesting an immediate refund of the excess charges and urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
Progress

On September 23, I placed a sponsored ad through my Instagram business account (@hair.Makeupsevilay). I had set a total payment of 520 TL for the ad campaign over 3 days. However, I noticed that an amount of over 4,000 TL was charged to my credit card under the name 'Facebook'. I did not experience any error messages or unusual situations, and there was no issue in the campaign settings.
During this process, I did not contact customer service and no other ad spending was made on my account. I request that the excess amount charged be refunded to me as soon as possible.
I kindly ask for a prompt resolution of the issue.
