If InShot charged you for a yearly subscription before your free trial finished, your best choice is to request a refund from the app store that handled the charge—either Apple or Google.

Apple demands that you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial finishes; anything less may result in an automated conversion to a paid subscription.

On iOS, navigate to reportaproblem.apple.com, select the unexpected charge, and seek a refund for the early invoicing.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled by deleting the app; instead, you must manage or cancel them through your Apple ID.

If you were invoiced on Android, follow Google Play's refund process and make a request for the fee, stating that it occurred during the trial period.

Refunds are normally handled there, and you should turn off auto-renewal on your memberships to avoid future payments.

❗ If the store declines, file a complaint with Xolvie to call attention to the problem.
