InShot Charged Me for a Year After Free Trial – No Refund After Cancellation
I signed up for a free trial on InShot, but after the trial ended, it automatically charged my account for a full-year subscription without any confirmation. As soon as I noticed, I canceled the subscription, but the money was never refunded, and now I don’t even have access to InShot Pro.
There is no clear customer support contact, and I have no way to resolve this issue. If I canceled, why wasn’t my payment refunded? And if I was charged, why don’t I have access to the Pro features?
I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge and a proper response from InShot.
