InShot Auto-Renewed Subscription & Charged Me

I initially signed up for InShot’s free trial, but once the trial ended, the app automatically charged my account for a full one-year subscription without my consent. As soon as I noticed, I immediately canceled the subscription, yet I was not refunded the amount deducted from my balance.
Now, not only have I lost my money, but I also no longer have access to InShot Pro, meaning the subscription was canceled without returning my funds. There is no way to contact customer support, and I am left without assistance or resolution.
I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and expect InShot to provide proper customer support for handling these issues.
