InShot Renewed My Subscription Without Consent and Took Money From My Card
I am requesting a refund from InShot because my subscription was renewed without my approval. I did not manually renew my plan, yet the app automatically charged my card for a yearly membership. What makes this situation worse is that I never received any email confirmation or notification about the renewal. The money was taken directly from my card without my knowledge or consent.
This is unacceptable. A subscription service should never be renewed without informing the user and obtaining explicit confirmation. I did not authorize this transaction, and I should not be forced to pay for a membership I did not agree to continue.
I demand that InShot immediately refund the full amount taken from my card, cancel the unauthorized subscription renewal, and put proper safeguards in place to ensure that customers are notified before any charges are made. Until then, InShot cannot be considered a trustworthy platform.
