Inshot App Debited Subscription Amount Before Trial Period Of 3 Days

I am writing regarding an issue with the InShot annual subscription on iOS. My younger sister activated the 3-day free trial, and I made sure to cancel the auto-renewal before the trial period ended, well in advance of its expiration. However, despite canceling on time and before the free trial expired, the payment for the annual subscription was still charged to my account on February 3, 2026, at around 2:00 AM. The subscription was purchased directly through InShot on iOS, and the payment was processed via UPI, with transaction ID 102620182000. Since this charge was applied even though I canceled before the end of the trial, I believe the payment was taken incorrectly. After noticing the charge, I submitted a refund request through Apple’s refund support, but the decision on this request is still pending. I had already canceled the subscription through Apple settings, yet the charge was still applied. While submitting the refund request, the system at one point indicated that this purchase did not have a valid invoice, which made the situation even more confusing. Under these circumstances, I respectfully request that my InShot annual subscription be canceled and that the full amount charged be refunded as soon as possible. I ask that this issue be reviewed with consideration of the fact that the subscription and auto-renewal were canceled during the free trial period and that there appears to be an invoice issue on Apple’s side, and I kindly request that the refund and cancellation be processed without further delay.
