InShot Charged Me ₺500 After Free Trial Without My Consent
I used the InShot video editing app with the one-week free trial, and once the trial ended, the app attempted to withdraw ₺500 from my account without my permission. Fortunately, the transaction could not be completed because I did not have that amount in my balance. At no point was I clearly informed that I would be charged this amount after the trial, and I do not recall ever agreeing to such a costly subscription.
I searched for a way to contact InShot support, but I could not find any proper communication channel or assistance. This lack of transparency makes the situation even more frustrating. Even if I did somehow get signed up for a paid plan, I should have the option to easily cancel it, yet I am left without any guidance or support.
I demand that InShot immediately cancel any unwanted subscription on my account, ensure no money is taken without my approval, and provide a clear way for users to reach customer service. Charging customers such high fees without explicit consent is unacceptable, and this issue must be resolved quickly.
