Ininal Locked Me Out of My Account with "User Not Active" Error
Hello, I have an issue. I keep getting the "user not active" error on Ininal. I use my card every month and regularly top it up. Now, I can't access my account. I already emailed [email protected] about the problem, but after 24 hours, I still haven't received a message or any confirmation that they’ve seen my complaint. Can you help me with this issue, please?
