For several days now, I haven’t been able to access my Ininal account. Today, I tried logging in again to check if the issue was resolved, but I received an error message that says “User not active.” I have no idea why this is happening or what caused my account to be deactivated in the first place.
I’ve received no warnings, no notifications—nothing. I just suddenly lost access to my account and can’t view or use my balance. This is extremely frustrating, especially since there’s money in my account that I can’t reach.
