I Can’t Use My Ininal Card for a Week Even Though I Have Money in the Account

I bought an Ininal Card, and everything worked fine on the first day. But for the past week, I haven’t been able to use it at all. I have money in the account, yet I can’t make any purchases or complete any transactions. This is incredibly frustrating, especially because I urgently need to use the card—and now I'm facing penalties because I couldn’t make a critical payment on time.

I’ve tried everything: contacted support, explored every setting in the app, and followed all the steps, but nothing has changed. When I call, no one answers. All I get is the same empty message: “We’re working on it and will reopen your account as soon as possible.”

Ininal, this is unacceptable. I need immediate access to my funds. Stop giving robotic replies and solve the problem now. People rely on your service for essential payments—you can’t just shut down access without a clear reason or resolution.
