Ininal Card "user not active" Error

I moved some money to my Ininal account from another account, and now I'm getting a "user not active" error. I'm really frustrated because my problem still hasn't been fixed, and I really need the restriction on my account removed so I can get to my money as soon as possible. Can you please address this issue as soon as possible?

You said that the process would be completed after some time when I called, but I still cannot access my account. Despite repeatedly stating the urgency of the situation, I still cannot access my account. All my savings are in that account. Please reopen my account as soon as possible!
