My Ininal Card Blocked After Incorrect PIN Attempts
After entering the wrong PIN for my Ininal card more than three times, my card was blocked. I contacted customer service, and they directed me to the mobile app, but I kept encountering errors that prevented me from proceeding. I reached out to customer service again, explaining the problem, but they just kept sending me back to the same steps, which weren’t working. I’m stuck in a loop of errors and unable to unblock my card. I’m urgently requesting proper support to lift the block on my card, as I cannot seem to resolve this issue on my own.
