I couldn't get rid of the wheel problem on my Inglesina Trilogy stroller. About 5-6 months after the initial purchase, the wheel came off the socket, and I sent it for repair. Initially, they asked for payment because I bought it from Ebebek. Later, Ebebek handled it. Now, the same issue has repeated. Both the wheel and the socket have problems. I wanted to buy the socket part. The price is ₺300, but they say they can't sell it separately and that I need to send the product to them for replacement, which costs ₺600 with labor. Two parts cost ₺600, and with labor and shipping, it totals around ₺2500. They also quoted ₺2000 for each wheel. If I buy two wheels, it amounts to ₺6500. Charging ₺1200 for 15 minutes of labor and ₺300 for a 5 cm part is unreasonable. For a recurring issue, they insist on sending the product back for repair, which would cost me ₺6000-₺7000. When I requested to buy just the part, they refused to sell it separately.
