The product's warranty certificate has been sent to you, and I have been informed about the repair costs. However, the issue I am experiencing with the product is not due to my own actions. If you provide a warranty for carrying up to 20 kilograms for your product, then a breakage in such a metal part when my daughter weighs 15 kilograms is entirely a chronic problem of your product. If this is a chronic problem, the warranty period should be offered to the customer as a lifetime warranty. I request that you resolve this issue, which is due to your product and has caused inconvenience to many of your customers, as I chose this product by paying the highest price at the time.

I've been using an Inglesina Trilogy stroller for about three years, though its usage was limited during the pandemic. Recently, one of the cross-profile metal bars at the bottom of the stroller broke. I firmly believe this isn't a user-caused issue.
After researching on Xolvie and other websites, I discovered that many users have reported this as a chronic problem with this model. It seems to be a recurring manufacturing defect rather than isolated incidents.
Given that this appears to be a known issue, I'm urgently requesting a resolution to this problem. The broken frame compromises the stroller's safety and functionality, leaving me without a reliable means to transport my child.
I'm reaching out in hopes that Inglesina will address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory solution, whether it's a repair, replacement, or other appropriate action.

Hello Ms. Meltem, If you fill out the form, our authorized service will get back to you via email regarding the Eser stroller. The form includes two photo fields. If you do not have an invoice image, you can upload product images in both fields and send it. We wish you healthy days.

"Even though I wrote my Hepsiburada order number to the supplier named Gezenbebe, instead of finding a solution, they told me to request my invoice from the main brand I shopped from, Hepsiburada.
