Evenflo Stroller Wheels Lock Up

I currently live in Canada and have a complaint about my Evenflo stroller. The wheels on the stroller, which I purchased only 5 months ago, are not turning properly. They constantly lock up on their own and refuse to budge. Even when they do work normally, they make a loud noise. I've checked multiple times for small stones or other debris that might be causing the problem, but it seems to be a manufacturing defect. There are dozens of complaints about the same issue in user reviews. Customer service acknowledged the defect but wants me to ship the stroller to the United States for repair at my own expense. The shipping cost alone is almost the price of a new one. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I refused this offer and demanded they find another solution.
