In 2017, we purchased an Inglesina stroller and loved using it with our first child. However, now that we’re expecting a new baby, we noticed the right rear wheel is wobbling. When we took it to Eser Puset, the authorized service center, they said the pin inside the wheel had come out and could not be repaired. They also mentioned that the wheel couldn’t be replaced individually, and the entire brake system would need to be changed, quoting a price of ₺7,000. This is an unreasonable solution for what seems like a minor fix. We are urgently requesting assistance from the brand’s Turkish representative to resolve this wheel repair issue.
