Joell Baby Stroller's Warranty Void Despite Damaged Components




I purchased a Joell baby stroller a year ago, and due to the front two wheels refusing to roll, the front part holding the wheel broke, rendering the stroller immobile. When I contacted Joell, they agreed to a replacement but insisted that I cover the shipping costs. The shipping fee is a staggering ₺1500, which shouldn't be my problem, considering the product comes with a two-year warranty that supposedly covers all expenses, including shipping and parts. Despite this, I was told it was a consumer error. I am filing a complaint. I demand a swift resolution to this issue. Otherwise, I expect necessary actions to be taken.
