My ING Credit Card Annual Fee Exceeds My Card Limit

I have been actively using my ING Bank credit card for approximately 7 years. On 25 January, an annual fee of ₺840 was charged to my credit card, even though my card limit is only ₺500. Moreover, this transaction appears to have been carried out via the mobile application. After this deduction, when I contacted the bank, I was informed that the annual fee would not be refunded. Charging an annual fee that exceeds my card limit and not showing any flexibility despite my long-standing relationship as a customer has caused me serious grievance. The last 4 digits of the related credit card are 1395. I kindly request the full refund of annual credit card fee and, if possible, an increase of my credit card limit to a reasonable level. I would also like to state that if the annual fee is not refunded and my limit is not increased, I will close my credit card. I request that this issue be reviewed so that a similar problem does not occur again and that I am informed as soon as possible.
