Garanti BBVA Charged Me an Annual Fee on My Credit Card Without Justification

An annual fee is being charged to my credit card, and Garanti BBVA is making an unfair profit. My credit card limit is ₺2,250, but ₺841 is being charged as an annual credit card fee. This fee is nearly half of my total credit limit, which makes no sense. I have been a loyal customer, and I do not accept being charged such an excessive amount. Despite contacting customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do, which is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a refund of this unjust fee, and if my request is not resolved, I will consider canceling my card and taking further action.
