Infinix Hot 40i Mobile Camera Is Blurry, Not Clear

I purchased a Hot 40i mobile phone from you last week. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the camera quality. When watching videos, the image is blurry and unclear. I visited your customer care center to address this issue and request a replacement, but I was unable to resolve the problem. I was informed that I need to contact the company directly, but I haven’t been given any specific instructions on how to do so. This is the worst mobile phone I have ever used. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
