Vodafone's Expensive Failure with the Infinix Hot i20
I purchased the Infinix Hot i20 phone from Vodafone; however, the device's system crashed two months later, rendering it useless. I've been attempting to contact customer service, but I can't seem to get through. I've also tried calling the manufacturer at the number provided with the purchase, but no one answers the phone. We paid a small fortune for this item. What's the point if we can't even send it to be repaired by someone whose work is guaranteed? If Vodafone does not contact me within the next twenty-four hours, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee against the company for selling defective products to customers. Please take this as a warning. Thank you for your support.
