Infinix Hot 40i Cannot Make Calls or Connect to Mobile Network
I purchased an Infinix Hot 40i phone from a mobile phone shop as a brand-new device with the box completely sealed and unopened. However, since the very first day, the phone has not been able to get a network signal anywhere. I constantly experience problems both when trying to make calls and when attempting to access the internet through Google.
The phone came with the warranty certificate and documents, but when I returned to the store where I bought it and explained the issue, they told me that this problem is normal for this brand and did not offer any solution. Being unable to make calls or use the internet on a newly purchased phone has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that this network signal issue be resolved, and that the necessary actions be taken to address my complaint. If needed, I ask for a replacement device or another appropriate solution to resolve the problem.
