• Contact IPPB support via the app, customer care number, or nearest post office and report that the transfer has no tracking or status update
• Provide your registered mobile number, account details, UTR/transaction ID, amount, date/time, and screenshots or bank statement
Ask them to;
• Trace the transaction using the UTR across IPPB, NPCI, or IMPS/UPI systems
• Confirm whether the transfer is pending, failed, reversed, or credited to the beneficiary
• Provide official confirmation or proof of the transaction outcome
