Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Product Issue at the IKEA Store
I bought a standing mirror from the IKEA Izmir Bornova Store for 2500 TL. When I bought the product, the staff did not inspect it for flaws or defects. After paying for the product, I noticed cracks in the mirror and informed the store officer. They offered to exchange the product, and I agreed. However, during the exchange, the staff misplaced my replacement slip and return card. They claimed they couldn't do anything without the return card and even suggested involving the police. When I went to the police, they were unhelpful and couldn't handle the loss status for the exchange card. I paid 2500 TL, but IKEA still has both my product and my money, and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. This is poor customer service.
