We're Experiencing Difficulties With Broken IKEA Furniture
We were delayed at IKEA with the excuse of documenting and so on, because the doors I ordered on May 29th arrived broken. After filing a report, we were delayed for another 15 days with the promise of a new part arriving. After 20 days, they are now telling us that the part will arrive in 45 days, keeping us waiting once more. I spent around 25,000-30,000 TRY on a wardrobe, but my experience has been completely negative and dissatisfying. Not to mention the four broken shelves during shipping. We can live with the 10-day wait, but I don't understand why the delivery of two doors, which will take more than two months, is met with a lack of communication when I had to call to find out. I simply don't understand why the doors for the wardrobes we paid a fortune for in our new home have yet to arrive. It's ridiculous! To be honest, I will never go near IKEA again, and I will warn all of my friends and family not to shop there. This level of poor customer service is simply unacceptable! Shameful!
